Bonaventure Cares February Event: Samaritan House

February is the month of love, and spreading that love is what we are all about. For this month’s BonaCares event, Bonaventure teamed up with Samaritan House, Inc., an organization that supports individuals and families who are victims of domestic violence and human trafficking, and who are experiencing homelessness.

Our $300 donation will go toward various support services, such as counseling, victim advocacy, nutrition assistance, housing, transportation, access to medical care, and vocational training. We appreciate organizations like Samaritan House for all the outreach and support they provide our community, and we hope to continue working together in the future.

About Bonaventure Cares:

Bonaventure’s social responsibility outreach program, Bonaventure Cares, focuses on efforts that promote the fabric of our local community, as well as the wider global community.

Every Friday our teams donate money to local charities like the @samaritanhouseva, @stopsarcoidosis and
@kennedysangelgowns in exchange for sporting jeans and a Bonaventure polo to work.

With the help of everyone’s donations, we are so happy to announce that our efforts brought in $1,472 for Kennedy’s Angel Gowns. These funds will help those affected by Pregnancy and Infant Loss.

Thanks to our teams, our residents and everyone that donated, we were able to donate over $8000 throughout 2021! We are excited to make an even bigger impact in 2022!
