A New Home for Little Creek Marina Cats

At Bonaventure, we believe that displaced four-legged friends deserve the kindness and love of a “fur-ever” home. The Little Creek Marina Cats resides between our East Beach Marina Apartments and our future site for Acclaim at East Beach. The Little Creek neighborhood has been caring and providing shelter for the cats over several years, so our team members decided to step in and end the wait for help. They created and hosted a truly “pawsome” competition: who could partner with their coworkers to create the most loving home environment for these pets that can’t seem to shake their wanderlust? Team Alley Cats blew us away with their design, which came to life as they built the tiny cat home on the water. Alongside the home, a designated team has also committed to looking after our furry mates on a long-term basis. Offering continual survival support by providing food and neuter services helps maintain a healthy, balanced environment for all.
