• We will promptly respond to your service requests within 24 hours during normal business hours Monday through Friday.
• We will help you feel at home in your community.
• Your apartment will be clean, welcoming and prepared to your satisfaction when you move in. Our staff will do everything possible to make your move-in a smooth process.
• You may transfer to another available apartment in your community, or any Bonaventure community, at any time by signing a new 12 month lease. (A transfer fee will apply).
